We have been responsible for the coordination and marketing of larger subdivisions in Prospect including, but not limited to the most recent Knollwood Place (the only subdivision that offers NO deed restrictions or size restrictions), Southridge II Estates, College Farms, the prestigious Matthew Hills, as well as Arbor Meadow and Rockridge Terrace to name a few.
